I was at the point were I didn’t even want to open my nursery in the morning because I was afraid that someone might come in to buy something!

I had been dealing with panic anxiety attacks for years. I don’t need to tell you what they are like, you wouldn’t be here if you didn’t know. But I felt that I wasdealing with them. It was not an everyday occurrence. Once in a while, usually when I was somewhere that was out of the ordinary one would just hit me. The thing was I usually knew that they would only occur when I was in a “different” situation.

When they started to happen more often, in what I would call “comfortable” places I knew I needed some help.

Like you have probably done at this point, I went to see my doctor.

He prescribed medication at first, but I asked him if there was anything other than drugs that would help my situation… he referred me to a psychiatrist who wanted to prescribe even more drugs. That didn’t last long.

When I decided to look into alternative methods of dealing with my panic attacks I had no idea it was going to be so difficult.

Click here to see the program I used to control my panic anxiety attacks.

Finally, I took it upon myself to do the research (thank God for the internet). I decided on changing my diet first. There are tons of sites that promote one herbal or another to limit the affects of anxiety and panic attacks, but everything seemed to be a little “scammy” (is that a word?) You know what I mean, take this herbal and your worries will end. Please.

So I looked at a more natural approach. I limited the amount of processed foods, cut out white flour all together, purchased only locally grown products when I could, purchased organic products whenever possible, cut out refined sugar, and read every label to be sure I knew exactly what was in the product.

I think I was healthier, but all the stress of dealing with every morsel of food was not helping the panic attacks. I needed to keep looking.

I decided to try the Panic Away system by Joe Barry. I read all the “hype” on the page about how he has helped thousands of other people with panic anxiety attacks, and (like I’m sure you will be) I was a little skeptical. He’s not a doctor, he doesn’t prescribe medicine, he just shows you how to eliminate panic attacks.

Well, the icing on the cake was the money back guarantee. There is no way anyone can stay in business if they let you use their product for 60 days and if id does not work will give you a full refund. It must work.

I’m really glad I tried it. Click here to see details about the Panic Away program.

When I decided to try the Panic Away program to stop my panic and anxiety attacksI did so because of three main reasons:

It’s instantly downloaded to my computer. I didn’t need to wait any longer to get started. I was so tired of trekking back and forth to the doctors office every time I thought I needed some additional help.

I could try the program and not even mention it to my doctor. These guys tend to get nuts with a patient wants to heal themselves. And, I didn’t need a referral from him to get it.

And the most important reason… I get to try it for 8 weeks and if I don’t like it for any reason I can get my money back. This was one thing that I was really surprised about. I guess it’s a Clickbank (they process the credit card) requirement. It’s not like a book you send back to Amazon for a refund. All you have to do is request a refund and you get it.Let’s face it, if someone is going to sell you junk it will not bee too long before they go out of business if they must honor a money back guarantee.

This turned out to be a life changing experience.

The person who suffers from panic anxiety attacks often develops a cyclic pattern, feeling anxious most of the time and living in fear of their next panic attack.

Panic anxiety attacks are nothing to laugh at. In fact, panic attacks can be a terrifying event. The sudden onset of heart palpitations, tightening of the chest, sweating or chills along with the sensation of not being able to swallow or breathe is the Granddaddy of stressing out. The person who suffers from anxiety and panic attacks often develops a cyclic pattern, feeling anxious most of the time and living in fear of their next panic attack.

Be sure to consult with your physician to determine what medications and therapies may be helpful in managing your condition. While there are a number of factors that play into these disorders, including genetics, allergies and trauma-related events, there are plenty of dietary changes which may provide you with significant benefits in improving the degree of anxiety and reducing the number of panic attacks you suffer. You might be surprised at how much diet matters.

Click here to learn how I control my panic attacks.
Anne

The most commonly used treatments for anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias is a combination of medication and psychotherapy, including cognitive therapy to change negative thought processes and behavioral therapy to change daily habits. There are also drug-free therapies to induce relaxation, release tension, lower blood pressure, slow heart rate and breathing, in addition to meditation, hypnotherapy to overcome specific phobias, and other alternative therapies. For the most recent research and more about anxiety panic attacks and related topics, go online to National Panic & Anxiety Disorder News at www.npadnews.com. Information is updated regularly about new conventional and alternative treatments for anxiety disorders. If you feel like you have, or could be developing anxiety panic attacks, go online and take a self-screening test at one of many informative sites to see if your symptoms indicate an anxiety disorder.

In some cases, food allergies have been discovered to be a major culprit implicated in triggering anxiety and panic attacks, so discuss this with your physician.

Try to eliminate processed and refined foods from your regular diet, including as much whole foods as possible. Processed foods include chemical additives that can exacerbate anxiety. Try switching to natural meats, that is, from animals that have not been fed growth hormones. Reduce your intake of sweets, as spikes in your blood sugar can lead to that racing sensation which is often a precursor to anxiety and the dreaded panic attacks. When you shop, check food labels for the inclusion of MSG. Many people are quite sensitive to this product, which can adversely affect your nervous system, resulting in a stressed out feeling and often, headaches. Reduce your salt intake and use a salt substitute or herbal ‘salt’. This is good medicine for your heart and helps keep your blood pressure in line. These basic changes in diet can produce substantial results.

Ask your doctor to check you for vitamin deficiencies. Deficiencies of certain nutrients can definitely aggravate your condition. Calcium and magnesium, in a balanced ratio, can play a major role in reducing both anxiety and panic attacks. Deficiencies in these nutrients can produce many of the symptoms you experience! The same is true for the B complex vitamins, which affect proper functioning of the nervous system, as well as a direct effect on your degree of stress and energy. Deficiencies in the B complex group can result in depression!

Not only does it matter what you eat, but how you eat. Anxious, stressed out people commonly eat too fast. Give your digestive system a break. Chew your food well and slow down. If you don’t chew your food well enough, you’re indirectly contributing to stress, because your body won’t be able to absorb all of the nutrients.

If you’re an avid coffee lover, try to confine yourself to just one or two cups a day. The caffeine can increase your susceptibility to both increased anxiety and panic attacks.

Try making these changes in your diet, work with your physician to devise techniques that relieve stress and see if you don’t start feeling better soon.
